How to Make a Return in 3 Easy Steps

1️⃣ Start Your Return / Exchange Request

Click the Start a Return button and enter your Order Number and Email Address.

2️⃣ Drop Off Your Items

Print your return label or use the QR Code provided, then drop off your package at any designated courier location (J&T, SiCepat, JNE, etc.).

3️⃣ Get Your Exchange or Refund

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 3–5 business days.
You’ll receive email updates every step of the way.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags & packaging.

• Free exchanges available only for same-value products.

• Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
